Harry Verney (pictured) is the Site Manager for Badminton Horse Trials, and the younger chap in the main picture with our equipment is Dan Poole, who works for Harry on the Horse trials event.
They will be using the Logic SLB620HM watering system flat out over the next week leading up to the live shown days and during the event. Primary duties for the SLB620MH will be watering around all of the cross country jumps, where low ground pressure equipment is essential not to damage the course. Harry has also planted lots of shrubs and foliage around the spectacular cross country jumps that will need constant watering during this dry spell to keep them looking fresh and green.
They will also use the optional SLB620-20A self-fill hose to fill the bowser quickly and efficiently from natural freshwater supplies on the estate.
The bowser will also be used for dust suppression on live show days at the three major pedestrian entrances from the car parks to the show ground.
The Trailers pictured are used extensively for setting up the site leading up to live show days where, once again, low ground pressure around the coarse is essential. Logic trailers are also used during live show days for shuttling parcels and deliveries around the trade stand areas.
Logic has enjoyed a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Badminton Horse Trials, and we are proud to be associated with such an illustrious event.
If you're going to be at Badminton this year, please come and say hello to the team - You'll find our stand at 77 Deer Park Drive.
Here's to a great 2022 event for all!
